Role models for socially responsible growth

Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest helps companies to realise their full potential for growth, a positive social contribution to society and high enterprise value.

We combine a fierce focus on economic growth and earnings, based on many years of experience in buying, developing and selling companies – with professional expertise in turning social responsibility into good business.

We focus on the “overlooked heroes” in Scandinavian societies: Small and medium-sized companies with good opportunities for growth and to make a positive difference in society. These are typically companies in production, service and trade, and we provide capital for:

Growth
– for example, through acquisitions or investments in increased capacity

Change of ownership and generational change – in whole or in part, which secures your company’s assets

Partial capitalization
– the opportunity to cash in and gain a professional partner on your growth journey

Management buy-in/buyout
– where we help to take over the largest possible ownership stake
