At the end of 2021, Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest had investments in six companies and achieved a financial annual return of DKK 59.7 million at the fund level and 134% of this year’s social impact targets. Among the highlights from our impact report 2021:
- 19.7% employees originally from the fringes of the labour market in the portfolio companies
- All portfolio companies have planned to join Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiatives during 2022/23
- All portfolio companies have published their first ESG report in Q2 2022
The report has been created in collaboration with Accenture, with whom we have collaborated on the preparation of our updated Impact Management Framework, as well as on the basis of our collaboration with UN Global Compact Denmark and Viegand Maagøe. Our social impact and ESG management work is still “work in progress”, which we look forward to continuing to develop in the coming years. Thank you to our six portfolio companies from 2021: Hitsa A/S, Koatek A/S, Refurb A/S, Danpal A/S, ProfilService A/S and Auto Mobil ApS. Also thanks to Pernille Riisgaard, who has contributed to the form and content of the report. Read the impact report for Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest here.
