Principles

Den Sociale Kapitalfond implements and maintains necessary security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data etc. that we process, including:

  • Access control, deletion, critical selection of data processors and legal and technical security measures
  • You will always be informed why your data is being processed and, where necessary, your consent will be registered.
  • Your data will only be shared with data processors to the extent necessary to fulfil the original purpose of the data processing and in accordance with your consent, if any.
  • Thus, your data is never shared or sold with 3rd parties that do not directly have to do with the stated purpose.

Data Responsibility

When you share your personal data with Den Sociale Kapitalfond, the following entities are jointly responsible for data:

  • Den Sociale Kapitalfond
  • Den Sociale Kapitalfond Management ApS
  • Den Sociale Kapitalfond Effekt Management ApS
  • Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest Management ApS

Data Processed

Den Sociale Kapitalfond does not collect information automatically. In cases where your data is processed by Den Sociale Kapitalfond, you will always be informed of this. The nature and extent of processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which you have shared it with us.

Video and photo

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation when we publish photos and videos. For interviews, we obtain informed consent by sending videos and photos to participants before publication. Events such as webinars, presentations, pitches, etc. will be filmed and published, if speakers allow it.

If you do not want to be photographed, filmed or similar, you are welcome to send us a message prior to the event in question. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

When you apply for a job with us:

Registration in our CV database is 100% voluntary. Den Sociale Kapitalfond Management is responsible for the processing of the data, cf. the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data (the Personal Data Act).

We will store your application for up to 6 months from today’s date, so that you can be considered for any future positions. After 6 months, your application will be deleted. If you apply for a new position with us, your profile will automatically be extended for another 6 months.

You have the right to access the personal data registered about you. If you want to edit or remove something, you can send an email to bmj@socialkapitalfond.dk

When you apply for participation in our programs:

  • We store your contact information for 6 months, while the application is preserved in anonymized form.
  • Den Sociale Kapitalfond uses cloud providers for case processing and storage.
  • Your data may be transferred to 3rd countries such as the United States with Privacy Shield as a guarantee of sufficiently secure processing, including the transfer of your data.
If you are considered for further participation in our programs, the following addition applies:
  • We store your CV and personal profile for a maximum of 6 months after rejection.
  • If you are admitted as a participant in the programme, the legal basis, deletion deadlines, etc. will be stated in your participation contract.

Data processors and international transfers

Den Sociale Kapitalfond uses data processors for:

  • Document and case management
  • Personal profile analysis
  • Analysis and ranking

For some data processors, it is the case that data is transferred to the United States, which is considered a third country. Den Sociale Kapitalfond shall ensure that, prior to transfers, appropriate guarantees are in place for the security of the data. Specifically, transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Your rights

Your right to access

You can always request access to the information that Den Sociale Kapitalfond processes about you.

Your right to rectification and erasure

If Den Sociale Kapitalfond processes incorrect information about you, you have the right to have this information corrected or deleted. Should there be information that is not necessary for Den Sociale Kapitalfond to fulfil the purpose of the processing, you also have the right to have the processing limited to only the necessary information.

Withdrawing your consent

In addition, you always have the right to object to the processing and to withdraw your consent to the processing. Withdrawal of consent will mean that Den Sociale Kapitalfond will be unable to e.g. assess any applications you may have submitted.
