The sale concludes an ownership period that since January 2021 has been characterised by strong growth, solid earnings and a well-developed social impact model – recognised, among other things, as winner of the CSR People Prize for larger companies in Denmark.
Throughout our ownership we have worked closely with the ProfilService management team, led by Steen Meedom and Per Nielsen, to strengthen the company’s commercial foundation, while its ESG work and its social model of hiring and upskilling people from the margins of the labour market have become an increasingly integral part of the business.
The merger with Partneren A/S gives ProfilService the right conditions to continue its development, and the company’s social commitment will carry on the new owners.
The sale is yet another example of how social responsibility and commercial success can go hand in hand, and we are proud of the partnership we have been on together with ProfilService.
