What is Impact Advisory?

We create collaboration between the public sector and private companies, by among other things offering municipalities participation in our accelerator programs targeted at municipalities that want to strengthen the business community while making companies social role models by, for example, creating jobs for vulnerable people in society.

Our accelerator programs

The municipality chooses the local businesses they see both commercial and social potential in. It is free for companies to participate, and they are assigned one of our business developers, who helps with the development of everything from sales and markets to finances, branding and job creation for vulnerable citizens. As companies grow, we can both help more people and ensure the financial return - and thus contribute to more financially sustainable solutions.

Dedicated business developers help the company to strengthen and fulfil its commercial, managerial and social development potentials.

The municipality acts as an important recruitment partner in relation to the vulnerable unemployed.

Payment model

The courses are all built around the payment model Payment by Result (PbR), where the municipality pays Den Sociale Kapitalfond for the employment results that are created - and not for the effort.

When companies in the progres create jobs for the vulnerable, they release funds that the municipality would otherwise have spent on transfer incomes. With part of the savings, the municipality pays Den Sociale Kapitalfond. That is Payment by Result.
