This Year’s Company Day & Annual Meeting Focused on Resilience, Impact, and Responsibility

28. August 2025

On August 21, The Social Capital Fund gathered investors, businesses, municipalities, and other partners for this year’s Company Day and Annual Meeting.

At the Company Day for our Invest fund, the theme was resilience, leadership, and impact in a changing world. Keynotes and panel debates highlighted the new economic realities, developments within ESG and impact, the evolving agenda, the sharing of leadership experiences, and how social responsibility and impact can foster resilience – even in headwinds.

The Annual Meeting carried the headline “Returns and Responsibility: Impact in a World on the Edge.” Here, Tamara Savic from EIFO and Lars Ingemann Nielsen from the Nordea Foundation shared their experiences with social impact investments. Kieron Boyle from LSE and 100X Impact provided an international perspective, Mette Lindgaard (BCG) addressed Scandinavian welfare challenges, and Christian Motzfeld together with Søren Pind (Aktive Ejere) discussed the role of private equity in society. In this year’s case bazaar, participants met a wide range of companies and projects that showcased how impact investments make a tangible difference in practice.

A warm thank you to all participants for a day of insightful presentations, engaging case bazaar, and inspiring networking – clearly demonstrating the growing interest in impact and social investments in Denmark and across the Nordic region.

Next year, the Company Day & Annual Meeting will take place on August 25, 2026
