Social inclusion through Growth Partnerships

Why?

More and more industries are experiencing a large shortage of labour – and that is hampering growth. At the same time, more than 220,000 marginalized Danes of working age are outside the labour market and between 7-8% of a youth year do not get a job or an education.

What?

In Social Inclusion through Growth Partnerships, we build bridges between those who have the tasks to be solved and the people who, through upskilling and education, can do these. The project is nationwide and the aim is, through the development and growth of the business community, to integrate marginalized unemployed people into the working community.

How?

Specifically, the project consists of a 12-month individually adapted business development process for the participating companies. At the same time, selected, marginalized unemployed people are engaged in a course at a local employment actor, where they are prepared to start with the companies.

What do companies get out of it?

  • Free participation in an accelerator course worth DKK 450,000.
  • Intensive advice from professional business developers in order to increase revenue, improve earnings and strengthen the company's social efforts and profile.
  • Development camps with training of experts within management, strategy, marketing, business and social bottom line as well as networks with other companies
  • Opportunity to influence the upskilling of new employees in relation to the company's specific tasks
Camp

Social inclusion through Growth Partnerships consists of two projects, SIV Other Regions (SFNP-18-0011) and SIV Region Zealand (SFNPO-18-0012), both of which have received co-financing from the EU Social Fund.
